Womens College, situated in Tinsukia district of Assam, is an aided women’s college. The college was established in the year 1966 with the selfless efforts of some eminent personalities, to impart quality higher education for the women, residing in and around Tinsukia. Tinsukia College is affiliated to Dibrugarh University and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). The college offers several undergraduate courses in Commerce and Arts disciplines, conducted by the Center for Management Education (CME), Tinsukia. Besides, the college conducts higher secondary courses in all these subjects, along with several short-term career-oriented programs. The college also serves as a study center for Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
