GEAR Foundation`s activities are a model to identify hitherto unidentified taletns and to develop gifts and talents of every child in a manner that everyone blossoms into a Gifted / Talented adult.
The vision is to develop an empowered community and particularly its future generations; and the resources to do that lie with and within the community. GEAR`s initiative is to pioneer new ideas in educating children, equipping parents and training teachers and parents and create a Global Community.
Education at GIIS is hands-on activity oriented and these activities are designed with various aspects of Intelligences and Gifted Education like the Multiple Intelligences in mind. GIIS is considered to be a catalytic centre for education activities and hence involvement of parents and the community in general is quite welcome and expected. There is a research-based rationale for each of these activities being designed the way it is being done.
