Education has seen an incessant growth under the aegis of Maharaj Vinayak Society and I congratulate the Maharaj Vinayak Society (MVS) on its consistent efforts & enterprises for so amicably contributing to social welfare. MVS has been continuously working towards establishing and promoting bodies committed to work for the welfare of the general masses. The past years of its existence since its registration in January 1998, have seen the fulfillment of aspirations of the pioneers that spearheaded the establishment of Jaipur Dental College, Jaipur Nursing College, Jaipur Physiotherapy College, Jaipur Occupational Therapy College, Jaipur College of Para-Medical Sciences and Jaipur School of Law and Maharaj Vinayak General Hospital by producing many University toppers from the constituent colleges each year. In the last decade, the constituent colleges have registered steady growth and earned recognition as one of the best colleges in respective field of Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Our constant endeavuor is to create an ambience in the campuses propitious for learning, by providing continuously updated courses and with the help of enriched infrastructural facilities such as well equipped laboratories, rich library and well maintained playground & hostels. It is a gratifying experience for me to know that more than one thousand five hundred students, who have passed out from the portals of our institutions, have established themselves very well in different walks of life. Maharaj Vinayak General Hospital provides free services to the poor & needy including free treatment, surgeries, diagnostics, imaging, free medicines and follow-up care. By devoting resources and expertise to the investigations of the problems contributing to the health disparities in rural population, we can translate our understanding into clinical applications to serve and improve the community. MVS is a unique organization and is embarking upon a promising venture, dedicated to making the coming years as rich and productive as it’s past while ensuring that our students are trained, our faculty serves and patients receive care. Our goal is to lead the efforts and set the standards for excellence in these endeavours. Indeed the progress has been commendable with great initiative and aptitude and I wish the MVS success in all their future enterprises. Today it has transformed into a University within a short span of 15 years. From the session 2012-13 onwards, the university has added many courses i.e. B.A. L.L.B., BBA L.L.B. and B.Com L.L.B. Integrated, BA LLB 3 Yrs., LLM, Master of Physiotherapy and Master of Occupational Therapy, Biotechnology, Hotel Management and MSW degree courses etc. All our campus is well equipped with green environs and is considered among the best in the country. We provide all necessary amenities and facilities to our students on our campus. What we have achieved so far is definitely commendable. But I am aware that there is still scope for us to become better and to reach pinnacle of academic excellence. I have no doubt that we will be able to achieve these objectives with the cooperation of our faculties of various institutions which include experts, experienced and caring teachers.
