BVSR Engineering college managed by Sri Surya Social Service Society-Chimakurthy, was established in June 2008 by Sri Buchepalli Subbareddy Ex.MLA, Darsi with the motto of Providing Quality Technical Education on par with global standards with industrial exposure and professional training to the students across our and neighbouring states. The college is very particular in promoting technical education to rural students from local and rural areas.
It is approved by AICTE-New Delhi and affiliated to JNTUK-Kakinada. This is one of the best performing private engineering colleges in the state. Four batches of students have graduated from this college. The college was established in a twelve acre eco friendly campus with good horticultural edifice at chimakurthy, which is located 18 kms from Ongole on Ongole Kurnool highway. The college was started with the vision to imbibe world-class technical education in the rural area with a solid resource base and innovative teaching methods. BVSREC is set to churn out technical graduates who can excel in all arenas of Technology, Industry and Business. The college assures of employability through excellence in technical education.
