NIET Alwar has been founded by young, dynamic and educated youth of Alwar by forming Groupnet Education & Welfare Society in the year 2005. After serious analysis of the education system in India NIET has been established to provide non-compromising quality education required for the Industry of the nation. To achieve this ambitious goal the management has been constantly striving to provide best inputs to the students through conceptual and innovative methodology of teaching and practices in the Institute. To achieve this noble goal, provision of state of the art facilities which include basic Infrastructure, Modern Library, Laboratories and Workshops. Innovation activities by direct participation of the students is being seriously implemented at the Innovation Centre of Excellence created at the Institute.

Intellectual Growth through Exposure
The participation of our students on the Research Vessels of the Govt. of India and to get acclimatized with the modern instrumentation is a feather in the cap of NIET Alwar and we can boast of this achievement which is hardly availed by other scientific students of the country. This achievement is an indication of the untiring effort and zeal of the college management towards the progress and alround development of the NIET students. We are striving to provide exposure, hitherto unknown, to the NIET students community for creating great personalities.
Enrichment through International Exposure
NIET is the only Institute accredited with ABE ( Association of Business Executives, UK ) Certification.
Note : (ABE is recognised by the UK government`s official qualifications regulatory authority, Ofqual. Ofqual assesses qualifications by `Levels` and they are titled accordingly.)
Now, Management and Engineering students of NIET would be facilitated to participate in Internationally Certification Programmes Singapore, UK, USA, Canada etc. at minimum cost.
These certification Programmes provide ample opportunities for global placements.
ABE facilitates NIET for Exchange Programmes, thus providing opportunity for NIET student to interact with International students.
