Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Hamirpur is an Autonomous Institute under Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Himachal Pradesh. The Institute is jointly sponsored by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Department of Tourism & Civil Aviation, Government of Himachal Pradesh.
Established in the year 2009, Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Hamirpur is one of its kinds in the region with excellent infrastructure. The Institute is awarding a 3 year B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration jointly offered by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida & Indira Gandhi National Open University. The Institute also offers various other Short-Term Courses. The Institute is fully equipped with appropriate laboratories, classrooms, library for dissemination of knowledge, and for development of the right attitude required for the hospitality industry. Faculty members are well qualified and experienced who specialize in dissemination of knowledge in their respective fields of expertise.
