Chief Justice of India Justice Altamas Kabir today took a serious note of increasing cases of crime against women and said that people’s mind set has to change to deal with violence and injustice against women. He also hinted that the bag log of cases can be overcome by adding the facilities and strengthening the infrastructure in the courts throughout India. Kabir was here today to lay the foundation stone of new building of Khalsa College of Law (KCL). He along with the other senior Supreme Court Judge Justice DK Jain and Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Justie of Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice AK Sikri inaugurated the Legal Aid Clinic at the Khalsa College. He said the crime against women has become quite common and this is also common with the mindset of the people. ``The people are taking it usually. And they have a kind of idea that may be this is free thing which is available to us. This mind set has to be changed and once that happens
