G.S.V.M. was established by the proposal of SardarVallab Patel Adersh Shiksha Samiti, Kaserua Khurd, Sahson, Allahabad in 2005 for the education of Law. It is the 1 st Law College established in Allahabad district in rural area which is affiliated from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Vishwavidyalaya of Kanpur.
Many students of rural area dont have the opportunity to learn law due to the lack of Law College. Hence it was discussed and decided in the meeting of the committee, that for the rural and economically weak students a law college should be established in the outskirts area of Ganga river apposite to Allahabad city side of the district. With this view on the Allahabad - Jaunpur Marg at Sahson near Kaserua Khurd, this law college was founded by the founder Sri Gulab Singh. We hope that the G.S.V.M. will prove to be beneficial for the rural students of Allahabad.
A Celebrated city Allahabad means Prayag or as we say the witness and site of Indians glorious past of every era and age whether that is of Lord Ram`s Yug or era of Mahabharat or the period of Mughal or British rule Allahabad always exists in the pages of history. Its importance increased due to the presence of the meeting point of three holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati which is called the SANGAM. It is the place of words largest religious gathering called Kumbh Mela. In this occasions millions of people take the holy bath at Sangam to get purity and find themselves fortunate.
In Allahabad there is a place SITAMADHI where goddess Sita entered in the lapse of mother earth. Sant Bharadwaj Ashram, Sant Valmiki Ashram were also situated in Allahabad, which tells us that, this land was an ascetic land.
Emperor Akbar identified the importance of Prayag and built Akbar Fort here. It is said that this fort has a funnel from Allahabad to Delhi.
The Akshayavat (a holy tree) a symbol of religions belief is present inside this fort and has been worshiped even today. Allahabad participated fully to give fragrance of liberty and independence to India during the days of British rule.
The Alfred Park where Chandra Shekhar Azaa shooted himself and that Neem Tree of Chouk where many innocent people were hanged to death still tells us the painful story of the past. Allahabad has protected the assets such as Akbar`s Fort, Ulta Fort, Sant Bharadwaj Ashram, Beni Madhav Temple, Nagwasukhi Temple, Alopi Shankar Temple, Sitamadhi. The remains of buddh in the bud district at bheeta, Sangam etc. withing it.
In the independent India the role fo Allahabad was not r deceased but become more eminent. The soil of Allahabad has given India the great Prime Ministers like Pandit Jawahar Lai Nehru, Lai Bahadur Shashtri, Vishwanath Pratap Singh.
It also has valuable contribution in the field of litrature. Surya Kant Tripathi (Nirala) Mahadevi Verma. Dr. Ram Kumar Verma etc. are some of the great writers who have contributed to enrich the literature. In continuity of the past tradition of spreading the knowledge and education among the people Allahabad has become an ideal place for higher education. People from abroad remain greedy to get education here. r parts of U.P, M.P, and Maharashtra and get the education of law.
