Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology came into existence in 1998. Located in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), it is managed and run by Azad Educational Society. The institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, now known as Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU), Lucknow. Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology Lucknow conducts undergraduate level and postgraduate level programmes in the field of engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) and Master of Technology (M Tech). Apart from engineering courses, the college also imparts postgraduate level programmes in the discipline of management (MBA & PGDBM) and computer applications (MCA).
