Neelam College of Education Jimjima, Joginder Nagar established in 2010. The campus of the college is pollution free and peaceful environment. College is located at a distance of near about 2 km from Joginder Nagar at Joginder Nagar to Mandi National Highway.
The college is housed in its own four stories spacious building with sufficient number of rooms, Comprising Classrooms, Laboratories, Library, Multipurpose hall, Common Room, Administrative Office, Staff Room, Sport Room, the college has also separate Canteen facility.
The college has well-equipped Library with large number of standard books, both on education and on general subjects. It has a spacious reading room with sitting capacity of 100 students. College subscribes to most important magazines, journals and number of newspapers. There are encyclopedias on education besides other reference books and book band. It is managed by a well qualified librarian.
The college is proud of very good computer laboratory which has sufficient number of computers and allied equipment with wify system. Computer training with basic language provided to all students by a computer teacher. Practical teaching on computer is given to each student. Computer trainers are qualified computer experts with vast experience of concerned area.
Special attention is paid for the physical fitness of the students. College authorities venture participation of all students in games & athletic meets. Special emphasis is to build the self confidence of the students. They are encouraged to participate in declamation contests, debates educational seminar, conferences etc. Morning assembly is organised on organised on every day of the week.
