Vision
I always wished to do something for Bundelkhand region. It was my commitment to myself. Then I dreamt of not an industry but an educational campus, that has all the streams of education. And it started taking shape in 2001 with the establishment of Ojaswini Institute par Excellence, Ojaswini School, Ojaswini Nursing Colleges, B-Ed Colleges and finally Ojaswini & Infinity Engineering Colleges at Damoh & Sagar respectively.
I not only wanted to send the message about the diversity in higher education and research but to convert my dream into a reality by establishing ideal educational institutions in Bundelkhand. As an undergraduate in science and with the background of business family in heavy Engineering, at Meerut I had an opportunity to have an understanding of basic sciences and engineering which inspired me to start Pioneer Engineering Colleges in Bundelkhand where there was none.
I imagine a place where students and scholars work to understand and address important issues in our world today, where tradition is combined with a desire to ask questions and where there is a commitment to the continual deepening of your grasp of the world and strengthening of the capacities of students to act intelligently in that world. This College is a vibrant teaching and research institution focused on educating and exploring the frontiers of engineering in a bold, personal, cross-disciplinary environment.
I visualize that Infinity students and faculty will be catalysts for generating and integrating knowledge across the disciplines required to address complex issues facing a global society, preparing them to lead rewarding lives as leaders who create waves of innovation in industry, academia and government. Our vision is to take Infinitians to the highest level of excellence, to Infinity.
As the Chairperson of Evolution Education Society ,ex- member of the National Commission for Women and as the Editor In Chief of Womens Magazine Ojaswini, I beleive any knowledge imparted in any discipline, it directly indirectly strengthens the cause of women and their empowerment,
I wish my efforts would inspire the present and the future students of Infinity Management & Engineering College, Sagar in their endeavor to achieve in-depth knowledge and skills as required to be successful in their life with a rewarding career they opt for.
