Padmashree Dr DY Patil College of Engineering & Technology in Kolhapur, popularly known as DYPCET Kolhapur, is one of the well known institutions for technical education in Maharashtra. The college was incepted in 1983. It is named after and established by Padmashree Dr DY Patil. The institution is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
