Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT) was established in 1984. It is managed and run by Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation, which is a charitable educational trust of Sakthi Group. Located in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Kumaraguru College of Technology is affiliated to Anna University, Coimbatore.
The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi.
KCT Coimbatore is accredited National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The institute has collaboration with various foreign universities such as Technical University of Liberec, Czech Republic, Texas Tech University - Lubbock, Texas, USA, Oklahoma State University, USA and National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA), France. Kumaraguru College of Technology imparts various streams of engineering colleges, at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.
