Amrita School of Engineering is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Established in 1994, it is an integral part of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University). The institute is accredited with `A` Grade by the National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC), India. Amrita School of Engineering is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi. The institute imparts courses in the field of engineering at the undergraduate (B.Tech), postgraduate (M.Tech) and doctorate (PhD) level. Most of its courses are also accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Apart from these engineering courses, the institute also offers postgraduate level programme in the field of computer applications.
