BP Poddar Institute of Management & Technology is one of the prestigious institutes of management and technology in Kolkata, West Bengal. The college was established in 1999, in the memory of Shri BP Poddar (1920-1981), a great philanthropist and educationist and founder of the Podder Group. It was founded under the sponsorship of BP Poddar Foundation for Education, which is a Trust that works for the dissemination of quality technical education in India.
