The main areas are Electrical Machines, Electrical Power Generation, transmission and distribution, Electronics (including micro, opt and power electronics), communication technology, Microprocessors. Power systems, Real Time Systems, Neural Networks and Fuzzy systems etc. Throughout the four- year program, students are encouraged to use their creativity and problem solving skills to explore and think about the unique problems in the world of electrical and computer engineering. Furthermore, students discuss some of the ethical dilemmas that are associated with engineering in general, and how these problems relate to our Social commitment. The Electrical Engineering students are given a wide degree of freedom to investigate, design, and build a project of their choice. The course Major Project Design Course allows students to apply their newly acquired technical skills to a full year design project. However, the basic concentration and emphasis shall be on following subjects:
Electrical Machines
Electrical measurements
Electrical Network
Drives and Control
