    A New Approach to PGDM:
It is an Anomaly that today Industry is striving to get skilled manpower with minimal investment on training, students are striving to get employment with good organizations and education outfits are striving to provide a seamless connect between Academics and Industry exposure to its students.

In view of the above, AICAR has created a win-win for all stake holders i.e. Students, Organizations and the Institute by revamping its 2-Year PGDM to the standards of Global MBA i.e. 1 year of Class room training and 1 year of onsite paid internship and blending high standards of Academic knowledge with Industry exposure.

This new structure of the course will lead to high engagement, high commitment & high motivation to students and hence high productivity to the organizations.
