Eligibility Criteria
A Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other equivalent examination recognized by M. D. University, Rohtak. Those who have passed graduate or postgraduate degree are not eligible for admission to this course [OR as may be amended/ reviewed by the competent authority].
Admission Procedure
100% of the seats shall be filled by the institute itself on the basis of merit of aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination [OR as may be amended/ reviewed by the competent authority].
NOTE: The candidates who have obtained 10+2 or Graduation / Post graduation through Open University System directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission to L.L.B. Hons. 3 years or B.A.LL.B. Hons. 5 year programme, as the case may be.
