Eligibility
Admission to the First Year of the 5-Year B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme is made strictly on merit. To be eligible for admission in the B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme, the candidate should:
a) Have passed the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination there to securing aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks and for ST/SC 40% of the total marks.
b) Be less than 21 years of age on the First day of July of the year of admission. However, in case of SC/ST candidates the maximum age limit shall be 23 years as on the above date. The scheme of Examination will be according to the syllabi laid down by H.P. university, Shimla. A candidate is required to take the course in ten semesters.
