Course Objectives
JIMS, Jaipur (one of the top 10 B- Schools in Jaipur) provides two year full time PGDM Programme, duly approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
PGDM Programme is a much sought after Business Management Programme which aims at nurturing highly motivated business executives to meet the growing needs of India for trained personnel to lead and operate corporate in domestic and international context. The specific objectives of the Programme are to create comprehensive understanding of management concepts, familiarize the participants to the competitive business environment, inter-relate management concepts to the real life situations, enhance analytical and decision making skills and develop responsive managers. It lays emphasis on personality development and inculcates a sense of business ethics amongst the students.
JIMS provides the best PGDM course in Jaipur. Under the PGDM programme, students undergo learning and training in 30 compulsory papers and 12 specialization papers in areas such as: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Information Technology. The learning of Foreign Languages like French & German is also imparted.
The programme is divided into six Trimesters. The first three Trimesters provide strong foundation in basic disciplines and the remaining three Trimesters enable the students to specialize in their area of interest. The programme equips each participant with the skill and competence to handle different kinds of managerial, technical and administrative Corporate Functions. The curriculum is updated every year to meet the industry requirements.
