About Us
The Master of Computer Application Programme was started in the year 2004, Master of Computer Application programme (2nd year direct) & Dual Degree Courses (BCA/MCA) was started in the year 2013. With concept-oriented subject knowledge through a high quality teaching with practical training, the Department brings out some of the brightest minds into the world of computers and technology.
The Department has obtained UGC-Autonomous Status in the year 2014 and is running the programmes successfully meeting all the requirements. The College Academic Council, Board of Studies of the department strive to provide quality education and most advanced curriculum and syllabus to make the students industry ready and excel in the contemporary business world.The Department of Computer Applications is fanatical towards the quality learning among students and in the arena of research. The department is well equipped with all the facilities like dedicated labs, library for students. The labs are remained open till evening to facilitate students for developing extra potential beyond books for practical knowledge. The students interact with the faculty outside the classroom hours for having discussions beyond books.
