The Department is headed by Dr. N. Subramanyam, who has an experience of more than 25 years in academics at different levels and who also served as the Principal as well as the Director of 21st Century Gurukulam, under consortium of institutions of higher learning, APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education). The Department comprises of experienced, multitalented, dynamic and committed faculty with a blend of corporate and teaching experience. The Department strives hard for the development of the students from all the aspects.
As a part of academic curriculum, the students are given rigorous training in personality development, communication and soft skills apart from the regular academics.
