Newton’s Institute of Engineering established the department of Master of Business Administration (MBA) a two year Post-Graduate programme in 2006 with an initial intake of 60 students. MBA programme was duly approved by the AICTE and Govt. of A.P. and affiliated to JNTUK. The department of MBA is growing by leaps and bounds.
What is MBA?
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a master`s degree in business administration, which attracts people from a wide range of academic disciplines. The core courses in the MBA program are designed to introduce students to the various areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations management, etc. Students in MBA programs have the option of taking general business courses throughout the program or can select an area of concentration.

According to the syllabus of JNTUK we prepare the students strong in Basic Management Theory and Practice, Managerial Economics, Quantitative analysis and Business Diction, Financial Accountancy and Analysis, Finance Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, Research Methodology, Production and Operation Management and scope of the studies to micro specialization in marketing, Finance and Human Resource Management. Above these, we develop positive attitude, self confidence, good communication, management skills and leadership qualities to have and fast employment.

As the world moves towards globalization, businesses are becoming more and more exposed to the international world. This means that they are getting a larger base of clients than ever before, and there is no limit to how much they can increase their business. But it also means that businesses need people who can implement all the need changes, operations managers.
