Computer Science and Engineering
The Computer Science engineering branch was established in the academic year 2002 - 2003 with an intake of 40 students and increased to 120 subsequently. The Department provides an outstanding research environment with the aid of qualified faculty. Besides, theoretical research, faculty in the department also network with many reputed national and international companies and are involved in a number of projects in the areas of cutting edge technologies. The department has a separate building and all necessary resources like multimedia classrooms, computer labs and a unique laptop lab. Some of the most highly advanced as well as the most popular software packages like Windows NT, Windows 98, MS-DOS, Linux SOFTWARE : C,C++, VB, Advanced Java, ORACLE 8i, PL/SQL, UML, SQL are being studied by the students.
