The EIE department exists right from the establishment of the college. Department has got its own library providing good books for the students to enhance their knowledge. Department has registered with the INSTRUMENTATION SOCIETY OF INDIA and Introduced student chapter for enlightening the students in their career prospect. Many presentations and seminars are provided for the students by the eminent people from NITs and MNCs.

PROCESS CONTROL LAB INSTRUMENTATION LAB-I INSTRUMENTATION LAB-II INSTRUMENTATION LAB-III Many GATE rankers are produced by the department. One of the best is ALL INDIA 4TH RANK BY Ch.Silpa Naidu in GATE-2003. Many students bagged prizes for their paper presentations in various symposiums, paper contest conducted by various colleges around the country.
