About the department

        K.L.M.C.E.W  Is Affiliated to J.N.T.U , Anantapur and approved by A.I.C.T.E , NewDelhi. In K.L.M.C.E.W   the MBA programme was started in the acadeic year 2009 with an initial intake of 60. The first outgoing students were graduated in 2011. MBA department has conducted leadership training camps and management training programmes. We conduct personality development classes regularly to the students. We provide seminars . guest  lectures regularly from industies as well as academicians.

        Our students follow strict dress code i.e. coming with formal dress everyday and sarees with blazer on Tuesday and Friday. We have association with various reputed industries to  provide practical exposure to the students in providing guest lectures ,  projects etc.

        The department has 350 titles and 1600 volumes of books in the digital library for MBA course during the short time and it is still adding  books to the pool. The department has subscription for national and international magazines and journals. Students come in with lot of hopes to be placed in the best organizations and K.L.M.C.E.W make this true  to them.

Achievements of the department :

Successful placement of MBA students :
The first outging batch 2011 student R.Reddy Baby got placed in Mind & Tech software venture.
The succeeding batch 2012 student S. Kiranmai got placed in IGENIESES Technology solution, Chennai.
Seven students of HR specialization got placed in PLANMAN HR
Four students of finance specialization got placed in INGVYSYA

Academic Achievements :
Our Students S. Kiranmai , Neelavathi and Thejasri got second prize for an innovative product conduted by Vasavi College , Kadapa. S.Kiranmai achieved the award of Young Manager for Management event.

Curriculam activities :
To enhance the knowledge for the field of management i.e. management development  programmes(MDP) are conducted by the college.

Facilities in the department :
Our college library provides national and international journals for management students.
MBA department has dynamic , dedicated , well qualified and experienced faculty.
Our college facilitates the internet facility for students and staff at any time.
JKC Facility is also available in the campus.
Sports and games facilities are available for the students to involve themselves in both outdoor  and indoor games.
The aim of this college or educational institutions is to provide empowerment in all the areas , to achieve overall enhancement in knowledge.
