Fully equipped labs have been set up by the expertise of the field to groom young students into well-trained, qualified and capable Electronics & Communication engineers. The department has the well-equipped laboratories .Microwave Lab, Integrated Circuits Lab, Optical Communication Lab, Electronics System Design Lab, Microprocessor and Interfacing Lab, Telecommunication Engineering Lab, Assembly Language Programming Lab, Microprocessor and Microcontroller Lab, Electron Devices and Measurements Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab and MAT Lab. The catalytic role-played by electronics and telecommunications in speeding up the digital revolution has made it an integral part of the modern day engineering institution.

    The emphasis of the department is to maintain the right blend of theory and practice so that the students are molded into competent professionals. The department is backed by a rich collection of faculty members with expertise knowledge and training in various branches of this discipline. We emphasize to engage students in learning the concepts, theories, technologies in a real-time practical approach by encouraging them to do extensive research in library, internet, industry through technical discussions, symposiums, technical paper submissions, seminars and so on. We advocate students to adopt project activities to meet the need for engineering judgment, teamwork, careful planning and successful execution.
