- The world is undergoing a major telecom revolution that will provide ubiquitous communication facilities to all citizens of the world. The mobile telecommunication industry is flourishing by leaps and bounds and therefore direly needs qualified and knowledgeable telecom engineers. Keeping this view in consideration our Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering is leaving no stone unturned to teach the students with latest theoretical knowledge and provide them the state-of-the-art laboratories for all types of hands-on and practical training and different project work. The department has designed Basic Electronics, Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Signal and Systems, Circuit Theory, Solid State Device, Communication and Coding Theory, Measurement, Microprocessor lab till date to fulfill the academic needs of our undergraduate students. Each lab is designed according to the WBUT syllabus and can give enough scope to the students to perform the experiments individually so that they can implement their theoretical perception in the practical circuits. We are now engaged in the development of the upcoming laboratories which will be used by our students in the upcoming semesters. Students are taken utmost care and proper guidance by a group of motivated, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and competent faculty members.
