- Course work RequirementsRegistration/pre-registration is done on OARS for a normal load of 16 credits each semester. Registration for underload/overload, late registration, or adding/dropping/withdrawing from a course is possible (see Section 4 of the PG Manual).An M.Tech. student is required to credit 8 courses, while maintaining a minimum CPI of 6.5, and a minimum of two semesters of thesis work (see Section 7.7 of the PG Manual for further details). (Typically, there are some compulasory cources that can be found in the following tables.
