Department of ECE started in the year 2008 with an intake of 60. In 2009 intake is raised to 120 and in 2012 intake is raised to 180. In 2012 M.Tech.(VLSI ES) course was started with an intake of 18. The department is equipped with all necessary laboratories where students are able to increase their practice and learning skills.
