- The EEE department has very well developed laboratories with the latest electrical machines, control systems, power electronic-equipments, electrical and electronic measuring instruments etc. Shortly we will be adding simulation (Digital and Analog) electronic systems, design labs equipped with latest version of MATLAB and LABVIEW softwares. The students are trained in the laboratories by a team of highly experienced faculty and technicians with all the safety precautions. They are made to learn the practical applicability by handling the machines themselves . This department is planning to undertake project and consultancy works in the fields of electrical power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Utilization through Hydel power due to availability of extensive natural resources in North East region.
