- The strength of the department is the dedicated faculty and lab facilities. The department consists of a team of faculty with vast experience in academics and industry. The aim is to carve a niche for itself in Computer Science and allied domains. With an object of developing core competence, the department laboratories are equipped with Computing Networks, operating systems, Routers, Processors, Servers( HPG15 with xenon processor), Compilers, Advance Analog and Digital Communication Systems, Microwave equipments, Embedded Systems- VSAT facilities, Internet lab CAT/CAD, AUTO-CAD etc. The future course is to update the labs with parallel and Distributed Computing Architecture and Advanced embedded systems, Intelligent Image Processing, Graphics and Vision Systems and Language Translators. Department is also envisaging to conduct courses like ORACLE certified courses and various training programmes at par with the fast changing Computer and Information technologies.
