STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
We envision our undergraduate and graduate students with the best possible education to prepare them for a professional career in electronics and telecommunication engineering. In order to have international academic exposure, our departments aims to build relationships with renowned national and international universities for student exchange program. We also hope to open an IEEE student chapter for our students to participate in professional society activities.
LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
We envision an atmosphere to create new knowledge base through scholarly research, which fosters faculty development, enhances the educational process, and contributes to the economic development of the region. Our department aims in overall professional development of faculty and technical staff by regularly organizing training workshops, and providing appropriate incentives. We also aim to develop an effective outreach program including e-learning courses, which benefit our own students and also students outside our institute.
INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDING
We envision department facilities and resources to provide best level playing field in today’s competitive environment. We aim in building laboratory facilities equipped with appropriately updated instruments, software and other resources in order to cater the research and learning needs. We also aim to build facilities in collaboration with other departments to foster inter-disciplinary programs. In process, the department also aims in building department library, dedicated e-learning class rooms, and discussion/presentation rooms.
