- In recent year the Electronics & Communication Engineering plays an important role to tackle the spontaneous process of information explosion. For ever changing satellite communication, fiber optic communication, mobile communication and so on, the ultimate solution can be obtained through this branch of engineering. Establish in 2002 in the rural environment of Rajbandh, the DIATM is now a premiere Institution in the Durgapur-Panagarh belt, offering at present the B.Tech degree under WBUT with an intake of 90 students. The mission of the department is to provide the technically advanced academic atmosphere to its students so that they can be well fitted in the changing scenery of the communication world. The vision of the department is established liaison between the similar types of institution so that both our faculties and students can have strong tide with door enhancing learning and the knowing the process. Faculty: The department has a good blend and well qualified teachers capable of imparting the state of the art of Electronics to their peoples.
