- COmputer Science and Engineering Deparment started in the year 1985 with an intake of 20 in Bachelor of Engg programme. The intake is gradually increased to 180 with three sections by the year 2013. M.Tech programme started in the year 2002 with an intake of 18 and increased to 36 from the academic year 2011-12 onwards . The Department was Accredited by the National Board of Accreditation(NBA) of All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) in the year 1998 with `A` grade for 3 years. The department was again Accredited by NBA of AICTE in the year 2004 and 2008 for three years.Recently it is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation(NBA) for two years, starting from feb 2013.
