Courses Offered
- The 4 year degree course of Civil Engineering will be started in August 2014 and is affiliated to Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU). The programme has a curriculum with 81 courses / 258 credits that includes practical / seminar / training / projects etc. and it covers subjects on basic science, humanities and technology. The course structure and syllabi for the branch are basically testing, knowledge and job oriented and encompasses theory papers like theory and design of structures, surveying, transportation engineering, environmental engineering, foundation engineering, hydraulics, irrigation, hydrology and flood management, geo-technical engineering, construction practice and management engineering, geo-science and number of elective papers covering wide areas of the above papers.
