- The Department of Humanities provides instructional & practical support to students in subjects like Professional & Communication skills, Principles of Management, Environmental Sciences, Social science, Engineering Economics for second and third year students & Foundation English for first year students as a remedial class. The subjects are being taught with the support of 09 faculty members. The department also contributes to the training of the students from the placement point of view. The department regularly undergoes ISO 9001:2008 academic audits. The department organizes various programmes on student counseling by in-house and experts of external origin. The department has a well equipped, state-of the-art language laboratory.
